Well it has become one of those things where you wish you had've listened to your parents when they told you to do something. About 11 yrs ago(maybe more, maybe less) I went to go see a dentist about having my wisdom teeth yanked the fuck outta my head. At the time they were only coming in a bit and weren't bothering me in the least. So I figured whart the hell? Why go through all that pain for nothing? My mom on the other hand was kinda pissed I said no. She was all like "just wait till you get older and then you see what kinda probs you're going to have" She couldn't have been more right on that one. So I sit here writing this not being able to swallow, talk, chew, stick my tongue out, hell just about anything to do with my mouth. It's all swollen, sore and rock hard around the bottom of my jaw. I'm popping T3's by the dozen and it only seems to help for about 30 to 45 min. Yay. The pennicilin doesn't seem to be helping either. I have now not eaten a solid piece of food for 2 days now. Oh joy oh bliss. On Friday, I will, at 1145am say TGIF and really mean it. For the pain is to finally end. Oh and is there a moral to this story? No.

congrats...you're finally getting them removed. I on the other hand am still going strong. They are almost half way in, but they haven't been bothering me, or hurting me...so i think i'm doing fine. my teeth are small, and i have alot of room in the back of my mouth so hopefully i won't have to go through that pain...but good luck shaun!!!!!!

I can't say I know first hand how painful it is for you right now. When my wisdom teeth were growing in it was painful, but I can't remember it being that painful. I feel for you, none the less. Sure, it's gonna be two weeks of bloody hell(in the literal sense) after they're gone, but at least they're just that, GONE! The only great thing about them is once you get rid of them, they never come back. Hopefully, that brightens things up a little. Don't forget to save them and g'luck brotha man, cause you're gonna need it.
